Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the SpaceMint application and related website. By using SpaceMint, you agree to these terms.

1. The service

SpaceMint provides tools that help you review storage usage, possible duplicate or similar media, contacts, and user-selected cloud content. Results are recommendations and may not always be complete or perfectly accurate.

2. Your responsibility

You are responsible for reviewing every item before deleting, modifying, merging, or otherwise acting on it. You should maintain appropriate backups of important photos, videos, contacts, and files.

3. Cloud services

Google Drive, Google Photos, iCloud, and other third-party services are operated by their respective providers. Your use of those services is also governed by their terms. SpaceMint cannot guarantee their availability, API behavior, download speed, or continued compatibility.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse SpaceMint, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, reverse engineer it except where law permits, or use it to violate the rights of another person.

5. Subscriptions and billing

Paid features may be offered through auto-renewable subscriptions processed by Apple. Pricing and billing periods are displayed before purchase. Subscriptions renew unless canceled through your Apple Account settings within the period specified by Apple. Refund requests are handled under Apple's policies.

6. Intellectual property

SpaceMint, its design, software, branding, and related content are owned by SpaceMint or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the application.

7. Disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SpaceMint is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, error-free analysis, fitness for a particular purpose, or recovery of deleted content.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SpaceMint and its contributors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, files, contacts, revenue, or profits arising from your use of the service.

9. Termination

You may stop using SpaceMint at any time. We may suspend or discontinue a feature when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, abuse prevention, or service changes.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after an updated version becomes effective constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.

11. Apple terms

If you downloaded SpaceMint from Apple's App Store, Apple's applicable terms also apply, including the Apple Standard End User License Agreement.
