Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the AI CleanPhoto application and related website. By using AI CleanPhoto, you agree to these terms.

1. The service

AI CleanPhoto provides tools that help you review storage usage, possible duplicate or similar media, contacts, and user-selected cloud content. Results are recommendations and may not always be complete or perfectly accurate.

2. Your responsibility

You are responsible for reviewing every item before deleting, modifying, merging, or otherwise acting on it. You should maintain appropriate backups of important photos, videos, contacts, and files.

3. Cloud services

Google Drive, Google Photos, iCloud, and other third-party services are operated by their respective providers. Your use of those services is also governed by their terms. AI CleanPhoto cannot guarantee their availability, API behavior, download speed, or continued compatibility.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse AI CleanPhoto, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, reverse engineer it except where law permits, or use it to violate the rights of another person.

5. Subscriptions and billing

Pro features may be offered through auto-renewable subscriptions or a one-time lifetime in-app purchase processed by Apple. Lifetime purchases do not auto-renew. Pricing and billing periods are displayed before purchase. Subscriptions renew unless canceled through your Apple Account settings within the period specified by Apple. Refund requests are handled under Apple's policies.

Optional rewarded ads and coins

Pro lets you scan without spending coins. As an optional alternative, AI CleanPhoto may offer Google AdMob rewarded ads that you choose to watch to earn scan coins. The app shows the reward and scan cost before you proceed. Ads require an internet connection and may not always be available. A reward is credited after confirmation from the advertising provider; closing an ad early may not qualify.

Coins are for use within AI CleanPhoto, have no cash value, cannot be transferred or redeemed for money, and do not sync between devices. They are stored locally in iOS Keychain and may remain after reinstalling. Restore Purchases restores eligible Apple purchases, not coin balances. Reward amounts and scan costs may change; the current amounts are shown in the app. Contact support if a confirmed reward is missing.

Third-party ads and linked offers are provided by their advertisers. Their presence is not an endorsement by AI CleanPhoto. Our Privacy Policy explains advertising and Firebase Analytics data handling, including available ad privacy options.

6. Intellectual property

AI CleanPhoto, its design, software, branding, and related content are owned by AI CleanPhoto or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the application.

7. Disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AI CleanPhoto is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, error-free analysis, fitness for a particular purpose, or recovery of deleted content.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AI CleanPhoto and its contributors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, files, contacts, revenue, or profits arising from your use of the service.

9. Termination

You may stop using AI CleanPhoto at any time. We may suspend or discontinue a feature when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, abuse prevention, or service changes.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after an updated version becomes effective constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.

11. Apple terms

If you downloaded AI CleanPhoto from Apple's App Store, Apple's applicable terms also apply, including the Apple Standard End User License Agreement.
